1. The preferred place for drawing-room in a house is in the north-east, north and east sectors of the house.

2. The color of wall in living room should be of cold tone, its good for mental peace and family members overall health, please do not use warm colors in your Drawing Room. Even if you want to have warm colors try to avoid Avoid black and red color in living room. Television and PC should be placed in southeast direction.  The drawing-room should be spacious, well lit, well ventilated and tastefully decorated. Use floor or table lights whenever necessary to spread the light throughout the room.

 3. Arrange furniture so people can feel fully comfortable when they sit, make beautiful paintings or have some good landscapes or seascapes images in front of your furniture,

4. Please the heavy furniture, sofas, etc in the south, west or south-west corner of the room. Do not keep the south-west corner empty. More open space should be keep in the north or east side of the room.

5. Keep the center of the room free from Heavy loads / heavy furniture etc.,.

6. Sofa or Chair Chain should be arranged in a way that the people using them do not have their back to the door.

7. Do not place couches or chairs under exposed beams.

8. Room heater, Cooler or A.C should be placed in west or north direction. Avoid southeast and northwest.

12. For mental peace you can have your lord or guru pictures hanging in the wall of bed room., picture of wild animals and violent scenes should be avoided.

First of all avoid all irregular shapes, always prefer rectangular plots and please keep in min that the overall length of the plot should not exceed than twice its breadth.

• Avoid Shadow of a Temple / Big Building that cover more than 50% are of your Plot.
• Avoid Plot associated with a T-junction or Y-junction of road.

If a Plot has a hill at the North or East side, It should be rejected.

A higher ground or hill in the south and west side of the plot brings good health and wealth.
