We should be careful while setting-up offices and other Commercial Places., In general north and east facing shops are the best. The open sales counter will always face the road of the city, such, but for south and west facing shops owner of salesman should sit such that he is in the southwest zone and is facing east or north while sitting and receiving the cash. South or west facing shops should avoid having entry from southwest corner.

But the Vastu is bit different for bigger shops and stores, now in  bigger shops and stores the cash counter should be in north or northeast zone. The manager or the senior officers should sit in southwest zone facing north direction.

Now every store big or small have a  Godown area, according to golden rules of Vastu the Godown to Dispatch Area should be clockwise or from north to south, Toilets etc. should be avoided from Northeast or Southwest side. Level should be kept so that south side is always higher than north. Northeast the Ishaanya zone is good for worshiping and should always be kept clean and less loaded.

1. kitchen is in the south-east section of the home.

1. The preferred place for drawing-room in a house is in the north-east, north and east sectors of the house.

2. The color of wall in living room should be of cold tone, its good for mental peace and family members overall health, please do not use warm colors in your Drawing Room. 7. Do not place couches or chairs under exposed beams.

8. Room heater, Cooler or A.C should be placed in west or north direction. Avoid southeast and northwest.

2. The first digging of land for construction should be done by the master of the house or any senior member of the family.

4. Digging of the soil should be in the following order:
First >> north east sector, then north-west sector, then south-east and then south-west sector.
Laying of the foundation should be in the reverse order First south-west sector, then south-east and son on...

5. Building material, Should be kept in the south-west of the plot. A new building should be built up with new material and new wood. any material from an old building should never be used in a new one.

6. Pit for the septic tank should be in the north-west only.

7.  Leave more open space in north and east and the main building should be constructed in the south-west of the plot .

8.  Balconies or terraces should be in north and east sides.

9. Avoid any openings like doors and windows towards the south direction

10. The south and west directions of the plot should be covered with long walls.

First of all avoid all irregular shapes, always prefer rectangular plots and please keep in min that the overall length of the plot should not exceed than twice its breadth.
